Terms and Conditions of Sale
Pricing:
Prices are subject to changes without notice. All taxes are extra. Merchandise is shipped at prevailing prices at time of shipment.
Terms of Payment:
Terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon. Minimum order is $100.00. Past due charges of 1.5% per month is applicable. Invoice errors are required to be disclosed within 10 days from date of invoice.
Freight and Delivery
Freight will be pre-paid on each order or partial release totaling $1,500.00 or more with in Ontario, and $2500.00 or more orders or partial releases outside Ontario. Orders not qualified for pre-paid freight will be shipped with transportation charges added to the invoice. Sales of Earth-Line SSL will be factory FOB. Title to all products shall pass from Earth-Line SSL to our customer upon delivery of goods to destination point or the forwarding carrier. Should damaged or loss occur, customer must make a claim against the carrier immediately. Title and ownership of said material shall remain with Earth-line SSL until paid in full. Claims for shortage must be filed in 5 days.
Date of Shipment
Shipping dates are approximate based on receipt of customer order and full information. We will in good faith endeavor to ship by the estimated shipping date but shall not be responsible for any delay or damage arising from such transport. Freight terms only apply to products shown in this price list and are not applicable in combination with products outside said constraints.
Returns and Claims
Prior authorization is required for a valid merchandise return. Authorization is issued by response to customer request if it is within 90 days of the original shipment date. Non defective materials must be in sealed original cartons. Minimum value of returns must be $300.00, and cost of freight.
All returns are subject to a minimum 25% handling and factory inspection charge. Products considered being defective in workmanship and materials are exempt from this charge.
Custom made (specials) and non stocking products may not be returned except in the case where the defect has been proven to be manufactures responsibility.
Order cancellations are only accepted in the form of writing and must be received prior to the shipment of such order. Verbal order cancellation is not acceptable.
Specials, non stocking items may not be cancelled after release of order.
Warrant and Obligation
Earth-Line SSL warrants that it products are free from defective material and workmanship. Earth-Line SSL obligation is expressly limited to repair or replacement at its option without charge, at our main location within a period of 3 years from date of shipment and only following the grant of the written return authorization.
At its option Earth-Line SSL shall repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price upon notification and affirmation of the local representative of the defect. Earth-Line SSL cannot be held accountable for the cost of material, labor, or freight, involving actions of installing, removal, or replacement of any products. In no situation is Earth-Line SSL liable for special indirect or damages.
Earth-Line SSL reserves the right to replace or repair defective products at their own discretion.
The aforementioned guarantees are not applicable to products of Earth-Line SSL which have been altered or repaired outside or Earth-Line SSL workshop or have been subject to neglect, abuse or accident. The warranty does not apply to products not manufactured by Earth-Line SSL that is installed and used in conjunction with Earth-Line SSL products.
No other warranties are expressed or implied form shall apply other than this warranty expressly set forth. The warranty does not extend beyond the products specified by this condition of sale.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
Our shipping policy is as follows;
Free shipping on orders or partial shipments with a value of $1500 CDN before taxes with in Ontario.
We will gladly provide free shipping on orders and partial shipments within the rest of Canada if their value is a minimum $2500 CDN before taxes.
We will also ship outside of Canada with freight, duties and taxes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns:
All Earth-Line SSL returns must be done through Earth-Line SSL Customer Service with an approved RMA.
All damaged product must be reported with in 7 days and a RMA will be issued.
Warrnty returns also require an RMA. Once it is determined that the product in question is defective due to workmanship, Earth-Line SSL will inform the customer of the course of action to be taken.
No products with out an approved RMA will be accepted by Earth-Line SSL or subsiduaries.
